Every Friday in Gangnam
Ever Leave a Language Exchange Feeling Like You Barely Practiced?
We did too. So we created a guided Spanish · English · Korean exchange where everyone gets a chance to speak—and the connection continues through Latin dance and music.
Here's How We Make It Different
Instead of leaving conversations to chance, we use language tables, question cards, and friendly hosts to help everyone join in.

Help People Connect—and Grow as a Community Leader
We're looking for friendly volunteers who can help create a welcoming and balanced conversation experience in Spanish, English, or Korean.
Your Role
- Reception: Welcome participants and help with check-in
- Table Leader: Guide a conversation table and help everyone participate
You do not need to formally teach a language or prepare activities. We provide question cards, conversation topics, and hosting guidelines, so previous experience is not required.
Grow With the Community
This is an opportunity to build real experience as a community host and group leader.
The program is led by Tina, founder of Latin Spirit Korea, with over three years of experience teaching Korean and English, leading conversation groups, and organizing international community events.
Volunteer hosts receive materials, guidance, feedback, and ongoing support—and may pick up some Latin dance along the way.
Crew Perks
- Free language exchange admission when volunteering
- Opportunities to practice your target language whenever possible
- LSK Crew discounts on dance classes and selected events
- Community-hosting and group-leadership experience
